Dr Mann is pleasant and professional in providing care, I would recommend her, but her office needs better administrative staff. They have difficulty answering their phones during business hours and take forever to get back to you when you leave a voicemail. I’ve been waiting for a week for them to return my call requesting to schedule an appointment for lab work ordered by Dr Mann. Dr Mann sent me to Labcorp to have an anal swab done to test for H Pylori, but Labcorp told me they don’t collect samples for anal swabs, and I need to return to the clinic to have a sample collected. I called on Monday morning, you’d think they could get back to me by the end of the week.

I guess it wasn’t so bad but it wasn’t the best doctor I’ve been to. As constructive feedback I would ask that he takes more time to get to know their patients needs and concerns. It seemed as if he was grouchy. Because my husband had some little concerns he prescribed some medication for heartburn and head aches. I got the feeling like the doctor was just trying to go the easy way. I didn’t like that he prescribed the medication without asking how we felt about it and if we wanted it. The medicine is still at the pharmacy and we will probably get billed for it but we don’t want it. So will not be coming back but at least we got my husband’s yearly exam of the checklist for this year.

I am amazed at the level of professionalism and courtesy of this clinic. I hadn't seen aFa doctor in nearly six years and from the moment I walked into the clinic, I was treated with respect and no judgemental experts that listened to my concerned and made immediate actions to treat me. My anxieties were very high prior to this appointment and Dr. Rahab set me at ease. I can only say that I have never received such an understanding person in my medical history. I am truly blessed to have found Kent Family Practice and I will definitely be recommending these professionals to my friends and family members. Thank you KFP.

Dr Andersen was really nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable, I appreciate how he took his time to listen to me and carefully explaining the pros and cons of each Treatment. I didn't know what to expect since he was assigned as my PCP but I'm definitely happy with the results and I would recommend him to anyone. Megan was also really nice and friendly. The practice is also really clean and cozy

I've been very happy and grateful with Dr Andersen and his staffs service. I switched my elderly mother to his office a few months ago and he and his staff has been very accommodating, helpful, caring and genuine. Appointments are always taken care of quickly and waiting times minimal to none. Thank again for your service
